About me

I am a writer, painter, and stop-motion animator. My creative work is, among other things, an investigative practice. Over the past few years, I have been drawn to explore themes of grief, gestation, and cycles of transformation through different visual textures and narrative forms.

Alongside my creative practice, I advocate for the community of people living with dementia, their loved ones, and their caregivers. Compassionate end-of-life care, grief and death education, and understanding how our relationship to our emotions affects our overall health and well-being are subjects of great importance to me. I also seek to encourage more ecological approaches to death care and environmentally responsible burial practices.
